The overall texture makes it a bit flat. I would separate the texture so it is not on both the oval and area where the information exists.
More sensitivity to type. I would find a secondary font so everything is not in cooper black. Cooper Black is a 70s font so if that is te effect you want then the design should reflect that style. if you are going for a beer label look then I would look at the details found in the packaging.
Decrease leading in the oval text.
Pay more attention to the lines on Beer labels. These lines should be finessed more so they don't just look like vector lines.
Maybe place the banner in another color so it creates more space on the label.
Had you thought of an illustration? and then place the text below--like a beer label?
